Easy Child Food Recipes For Days When You Just Need to Get Through

As parents, we repeatedly face the challenge of what to cook for a child to be healthy and also good enough for their taste. You have to handle job, cooking and other house chores. We present you some recipes for kids that are healthy, balanced and you won´t have to spend a lot of time of preparing them. 1.Butternur Pumpkin Puree

  • 1/2 butternut pumpkin (or regular pumpkin, whatever’s easier for you)
  • 1 cup fresh cherries
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds

Clean, peel and cut the pumpkin in smaller chunks. Add the chunks and other ingredients to the MultiFresh™ heating jug, cover with water but do not exceed max level. Dial the HB (heat blend function), press button to start. And ta-dam! You’ve just cooked you’re baby’s new favorite sweet velvet puree.

2.Broccoli and Apple Puree With Crackers

  • 2 cups broccoli flowers
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • Neutral soft crackers
  • Spreadable cheese
  • Some water

Put broccoli, apple, olive oil and peas in the in MultiFresh™ heating jug (because of bigger capacity) and cover with water. Dial the B (blend) function and press button to start. Spread the cheese on the crackers and then add a teaspoon of puree onto each piece. Enjoy!

3.Veggie-Potato Patties

  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 cup spinach
  • Ground flax seed

Boil the potatoes and the carrots in the same pot, and in another the peas. Soak the spinach in hot water and leave like that for 10 minutes. After everything’s boiled, mash the potatoes and blend the green veggies and carrot (cooled at room temperature) in MultiFresh™ heating jug on B (blend) function. Add the mixture to the mashed potatoes, add also flax seeds and make a homogenous mixture. Form smaller patties and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put in the previously heated oven (180°C) and bake for 15 minutes.
