Moringa – The Blasting Wellness Food Trend

Moringa´s smoothie bowl

Ingredients: 2 handsfuls of spinach, ½ apple, 1 banana, 3 dcl warm water, 2 tbsp moringa powder.

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients into the blending jar.
  • Put the blending jar on the base, attach the vacuum device. Dial function VB (vacuum blend) and press start.
  • Pour into a cup add some flakes or granola and a delicious and healthy breakfast is ready.

Pea soup with moringa

Ingredients: 250 g pea, 1 onion, 1 carrot, ½ leek, 1 tomato, 1 clove of garlic, 800 ml water, salt, 1.5 tbsp moringa powder

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients till MAX level in  the heating jug, set dial to heat blend (HB) and press button to start.
  • Once the program finishes, serve the soup with some plain cream or pumpkin oil.

Moringa´s ice fantasy

Ingredients: 2 bananas, 1 tbsp moringa powder,1 dcl rice milk, 1 tsp honey, 0.25 tsp cinnamon.

Preparation:

  • Add all ingredients into the blending jar.
  • Put the blending jar on the base, attach the vacuum device. Dial function VB (vacuum blend) and press start.
  • Pour into a glass coup and place into fridge for at least 4 hours.
