Fresh fish spread
Ingredients: 1 medium sized fish, 5 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp mayonnaise, 1 clove of garlic, 0.5 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper
Preparation: Clean, cook and cool the fish. Put fish, yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper in MultiFresh™ Food Processor bowl equipped with the double blade and select blending function (B). Your delicious spread is ready in seconds.
Quick & easy fish stew
Ingredients: 1 purified fish fillet, 200 g can tomatoes, 1 small leek, 1 carrot, 5 twigs of parsley, 300 ml water, veggie stock cube, salt and pepper, fish spices, 1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation: Add tomatoes, leek, carrot, parsley, water and veggie stock cube into the MultiFresh™ heating jug. Do not exceed MAX level. Set dial to heat blend (HB) and press button to start. Meanwhile prepare the fish: sprinkle the fillet with some salt, pepper and other spices of your choice. Put it in a heated saucepan with olive oil and fry the fillet for up to 5 minutes on each side until well done. Put fish into a deep plate and cover with stew.
Juicy fish patties
Ingredients: 300 g cooked fish fillet, 30 g dry bread, 750 ml milk, 1 egg, 1 small fried onion, salt, pepper, basil
Preparation: Put all the ingredients in MultiFresh™ Food Processor bowl equipped with the double blade and select blending function (B). Once done, form patties with wet hands. Fry them in hot oil to golden brown on both sides.
