Spring is the perfect time for fishing. But every fisherman knows storing the fish can be a problem.
With the revolutionary 5in1 machine Delimano MultiFresh™ you can vacuum the fish before freezing it – this will preserve its freshness, taste and even nutrients. For a longer time than if you froze the fish without vacuuming. And more – the fish will not get freezer burns, which occurs when frozen food is damaged due to air reaching the food. Normal shelf life of fish stored in the freezer is 3-6 months, but if vacuumed, your fish will be ready to eat for up to 2 years.
You can also use the MultiFresh™ Vacuum Bags to marinate the fish for a more intense and full flavour. It’s really easy to use – store the fish in a vacuum bag (you can use the Delimano MultiFresh™ Vacuum Bags), add marinade, close it firmly and then vacuum out the air using the vacuuming device of the Delimano MultiFresh™.
Of course, you don’t have to go fishing anytime you feel like eating fish. Simply store your freshly purchased fish from the market, vacuum store it and enjoy it whenever you feel like it.
