Easter Kitchen Decoration Tips

Easter is coming, so you’re probably excited about all the decorations, eggs dying and meetings with your loved ones. When it comes to decorating your home for Easter, it seems that this holiday has gotten the same fame as Christmas (at least withal the decorations, if not with the presents and the food).

If you’re out of ideas when it comes to Easter decoration this year, we got you some amazing, funny and cute ornament designs and suggestions.

1.Bunny chairs

Bunnies are cute in any form. Whether it’s the living being, the one that jumps around your house and in the garden, or the chocolate ones that we feel sorry to eat and admire them for a while before breaking the ears, or the ones that we use to decorate our walls and windows in Easter time, we love them! Here is a new idea that you can use for your kitchen/dining room chairs; it’s easy, you don’t need plenty of materials and it’s cheap.

To make these bunny chair decorations, you’ll need:

  • Burlap ribbon
  • White pom-poms
  • Scissors
  • Hook-and-loop white fasteners
  • Glue

How to do it:

Measure the chair in the part where you want to place the bunny belts. Cut a burlap ribbon in that size and fold the ends, then glue them. Adhere the hood-and-loop pieces to the ends, so the belts can be safely attached around the chair. Attach the pom-pom where the fasteners are placed. Use two short pieces of burlap ribbon, and fold each of them at one end to make bunny ears. Glue the ends and attach the bunny ears on the belt.

2.Bunny photo frame

This is an easy and cheap (almost no money needed) DIY Easter decoration. To make this, you’ll need:

  • Simple photo frame (no glass cover)
  • Thick paper
  • Newspapers
  • Pencil
  • Glue
  • White pom-poms

Cut a white background for the frame (a little bit bigger than the frame size, so you make sure you cover all the angles). On the newspaper (you can use other type of decorative paper, whatever you think it’s nice), draw the basic bunny parts: body, ears and head. Cut and glue them onto the white paper. Place the photo in the frame and stick a white pom-pom on the bunny’s bottom part.

There you go, your decoration is ready.
